(The Basics)
To place an order send an E-mail to me with "fractals" or "fractal orders" in the subject line. Please keep orders simple and to the point. If you wish to have something produced from your own art or images please E-mail me first so that my filters will not delete any attachments you are sendng. Zipped files are not accepted. Document types that I accept are .PDF, .TXT, and .RTF, .PNG, .GIF, .BMP, .JPG. Please keep submissions to less than 2,048 KiloBytes (2 MegaBytes.) If your artwork or other graphic image is larger than 2 MBs please provide a link to its location so that I may download it. When providing links to large files please make sure it is a format that is supported. Links to web pages will be ignored.
(Return Policy)
All sales are final. No refunds. No returns on custom or personalized software or Video Art titles unless the title is defective. Defective titles will be replaced with an exact duplicate.
(Privacy Policy)
I do not sell or share anybody's contact information with others unless I have their authorization to do so. I respect the privacy of my customers. You may refuse to allow any cookies my hosting service asks to place on your computer. I do not use cookies or tracking elements within the web pages themselves. Your browsing habits are your business. You will not receive advertising materials from me unless you grant authorization to do so.
(Production Estimates)
HDTV / PC Video Art, PocketPC Backgrounds, PocketPC Themes, PC Jigsaw Puzzles, and Screen Savers each require less than a day to produce. Personalized or customized software titles may take longer depending on the amount of work I have to do. All software titles are packaged in a DVD case. They feature full color inserts, labels, and are wrapped in resealable plastic.
VHS and S-VHS are special request items. They are recorded directly from my computer in real-time. This assures the highest picture quality. The customer's name and/or address may also appear within the video. This is an anti-piracy measure that I employ for my Video Art.
(Payment Options: Cash, C.O.D., Checks, InterNet Sales - All monies shall be in US currency only.)
Cash is preferred for person-to-person transactions. Bills larger than $20.00 are not accepted.
Checks are accepted for mail-in orders. Checks must clear my bank BEFORE any works are produced or shipped. To expidite things I utilize my bank's online check depositing service. With this I am able to immediately validate a payment. If a problem arises the customer will be notified promptly. Persons paying by check or C.O.D. will be the ones I send the product(s) to.
C.O.D.s (Cash On Delivery) are accepted for non-personalized works.
Credit Card purchases are handled from my InterNet Sales option at the top of this page.

If you wish to see the status of your shipment please be sure to request that in your order form. Tracking services are provided by the mail carrier.

Customers pay actual postage. I ship via US Postal Service. Items will not be shipped to Post Office Boxes. Product weights are shown for single items only. All products are sent in a sturdy box or in envelopes. This page is being updated to include new shipping container / package weights.

Please submit ONE order form per product type. Copy 'n Paste to your email program or document creation software. Send orders without HTML formatting in plain .TXT (text) if possible. Files saved as .PDF, .TXT, .RTF, .BMP, .PNG, .JPG are acceptable. Please keep submissions to less than 2 MBs. Word processing files such as .DOC are not accepted. If you live outside the 404, 678, or 770 area codes it is best to E-Mail with me. If you have trouble reaching me by phone it is always better to E-Mail.
To prevent errors please fill-out your order form(s) by typing them in. Hand written order(s) will only delay things.

(Where to buy my art)
I have a price point for practically everyone. Can't afford a single printed item? Not sure which one you like most? Buy one of my High Definition Video Art CD-ROMs. With it you'll get hundreds to over a thousand fractals for less than one of my framed pieces. They can be enjoyed from a HDTV if it has a VGA, DVI*, HDMI* video connector. My PC Jigsaw Puzzles can also be enjoyed from your HDTV with VGA, DVI*, or HDMI* video connections. You'd simply be using your HDTV as the computer's monitor. * Signifies the use of an external device or cable to adapt the VGA connector to either of these newer video plugs. These adaptors are readily sold through many electronics and computer stores.
