If you are seeking a consignment arrangement there has to be coverage against theft and damage provided in any contract(s) or agreement(s) between all parties. Said protection shall be for no less than the profits I would have made if the item were sold. I do not offer bulk rate discounts.
All software, Video Art, DVD titles on optical disc have a single user / single copy license unless otherwise noted. The person who first bought the original title, on optical disc, is licensed to use that title directly from their optical drive and is permitted to make one installation of that original optical disc title to one computer. The customer is permitted to make one back-up copy of their original optical disc purchase. Installations and backups of any optical disc title shall not be in the form of a server which would grant access, pay access, or rental access of my works to multiple persons. A single computer is defined as the computer that belongs to the person who bought the original title. The back-up copy of the original title has the same licensing permissions as the original purchased title except for one key provision. Back-up copies cannot be duplicated. License permissions are non-transferable. A customer shall not have more than (1) one installation of my software and/or Video Art DVDs. The same customer shall not have more than (1) one backup copy of the original purchased software and/or Video Art DVD title. The work(s) of each original or backup title shall not be installed to multiple computers.
Any additonal installations or duplicates made of the disc(s) and/or software(s) is not allowed. Such duplication is a violation of Copyright and is regarded as theft of my intellectual property as noted by United States Copyright law. All violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Software and DVD title(s) may include the name and/or address of the person(s) who bought the title(s). In particular Video Art may have a graphic inserted with the customer's information. This is to help thwart unlawful duplication and unauthorized public performances, rentals, etc. Inclusion of someone's name on a title, disc, box art, etc does not constitute transference of copyrights at any time. Inclusion of such information or any additional information (including ads, slogans, etc.) does not constitute transference of copyrights at any time.
Titles that are specifically made for commercial installations by corporate partnerships and/or licensing agreements may have different user license permissions. The details of those exceptions are unique to the individual licensing arrangements. Copyrights are never transfered to anyone who buys a copy of my fractals regardless of the form those fractals may be in.

Business / Private Vendor Sales
Are you the owner of a business that wishes to sell my fractal video art? Maybe you want to use them in your store to entertain your customers or as a means to attract more people to your location. I offer two cool features to my PC CD-ROM Video Art:
1) Free looping for any title that has 1,001 or more fractals.
2) One free insertion of your text, image, or graphic logo.
Now imagine combining the two. You'd have a title that perpetually randomizes itself. Your insert would continually appear at random just like any other image. Think about it: Choose the title you want to run for the day, start it and walk away. Then at the end of the day press the ESC key once to exit the program. The video simply runs until it is stopped. Non-looping titles will stop when they reach the last fractal. No other video recording format (such as VHS, DVD, HD DVD, or Blu Ray DVD) can run images perpetually while self-randomizing itself.
If you opt for an insertion of one logo / image please understand that the foreground layer always dictates the colors of the background. The background would have the same color theme as your logo. If your logo is of a person you would end up with flesh tones in the background too. Of course you can opt to simply have your logo used "as-is" without the use of a plasma cloud as the background. All backgrounds and/or images that I provide shall remain my sole property at all times. The customer shall retain the full copyrights of their original work(s).
